Since 2021, Smoke & Meat BBQ has been serving up authentic Central Texas-style BBQ right here in Stockton! At Smoke & Meat, every bite is slow-smoked over local oak for that signature flavor and tenderness. Rubs, sauces, sausage, desserts, and sides? All made in-house, with care and tradition. Rooted in Stockton’s 100-year-old Yosemite Street Village meat market, we keep the legacy alive—slicing to order Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. ‘til sold out! We have additional offerings like chicken and smoked turkey breast, rib tips on Thursdays, shrimp on Fridays, lamb shanks on Saturdays, and pork belly on Sunday! We also offer beef Dino ribs the first full weekend of every month! And don’t miss our house-made beef jerky and beef tallow, now in the meat case.
